These Guru Super LWG Hooks are a premium version of the company's original LWG hooks. They're light-in-the-wire and have proved great for bagging on commercials, with fish up to match carp size.
They come with a nice round bend and wide gape for good hook holds, with an inturned point. The Super LWGs are PTFE coated however, so they stay strong and durable. They're discreet too.
Like Guru’s cousins they are available in eyed and spade-end versions, you can use them to fish with everything from maggot and caster or worm to hard pellets, meat and mini boilies, the latter by using the eyed versions with a hair rig.
During testing a single hook has lasted some intense bagging sessions confirm Guru, with the points staying razor sharp throughout.
