These DAM Quick 1000-4000 Reels are a new version of the German company's top end reels. We've heard that earlier models have actually become collector’s items.
Packed with features, it’s their solid, rugged and practically indestructible quality, which DAM are particularly proud of.
Boasting nine stainless steel and one instant anti-reverse needle bearing, an aluminium body and double anodized aluminium spool, they also come with a matching spare spool.
The rotor is carbon reinforced and the front drag micro-adjustable with multiple PTFE drag washers.

The new DAM Quick reels also come with an S-curve oscillation system that’ll help retrieve 75 cm per handle turn of the 1000 size reel up to 93 cm of line per handle turn of the 4000 size.
Spool capacities come in at 140 m of 0.20 mm up to 185m of 0.30 mm line respectively.
A pleasure to use report the DAM team and a reel that’s designed to last for many years, complete with its brass pinion gear and a 4 mm stainless steel main shaft and stainless steel screws.
