Tough Girls give talk on endurance and mental resilience
Adventurers Laura Kennington and Sarah Williams aim to inspire other women with their webinar
Two inspiring outdoors women are set to be part of an event entitled, Tough Girls Talk About: Endurance & Mental Resilience.
Laura Kennington, an Ellis Brigham ambassador, and author and podcaster Sarah Williams are invited to talk at a special webinar on Thursday February 25 at 8pm.
The event, which is hosted by mountain sports retailer Ellis Brigham, explores that being physically strong is only half the battle whether planning a physical adventure or simply navigating the tricky bumps life.
Without the mental resilience, both challenges are much harder to overcome.
Laura is a British adventure athlete who has completed many impressive challenges, notably cycling solo 3700 miles along the North Sea-facing coasts of eight countries, from Scotland to Norway.
She has also cycled Scotland’s North Coast 500 route and run the length of the Spanish island of Fuerteventura (100 miles).
