An outdoors retailer is pledging to donate a pair of Smartwool Socks to four UK homeless charities for every pair bought during the run up to Christmas.

The Ellis Brigham Buy One Gift One campaign continues until December 24, 2021, and will support Barnabus, Manchester; Spitalfields Crypt Trust, The Connection at St Martins and Carita Anchor House, all in London.

An estimated 280,000 people are homeless in the UK and the numbers are increasing after a very difficult few years living through a pandemic.

With cold winter and frosty nights snapping at our heels, a small gift such as warm and durable socks can make a real difference.

Last year, ellis-brigham.com  customers gifted 500 pairs of socks to the homeless – and the store aim to match the same number this Christmas.

The collection of Smartwool Socks include great socks for hiking, trail running, skiing, snowboarding and mountaineering.
